Because all of our products are digital downloads (photo booth templates delivered as PSD/PNG/JPEG files), we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a file has been downloaded or the download link has been sent. All sales are final.
Why we can't offer refunds on digital products
Since these are instant digital deliverables, there's no way for us to "take back" a downloaded file the way we could with a physical product return.
Before you buy
Please review each listing's preview images, included file formats, and compatible software carefully to make sure the template fits your needs before purchasing.
Exceptions
We will offer a refund or replacement file in these cases:
- You received a corrupted, damaged, or unusable file
- You were charged but never received your download link
- You accidentally purchased the wrong item and haven't yet downloaded it (contact us within 24 hours)
