Shipping policy
BoothCrafts sells digital products only — our photo booth templates are delivered electronically, not shipped. There are no physical items, packages, or carriers involved in any purchase from our store.
How Delivery Works
Once your payment is confirmed, your template files (PSD, PNG, JPEG, and/or font files depending on the product) are made available for instant digital download. You'll receive a download link via email and/or through Shopify's Digital Downloads system immediately after checkout.
No Shipping Fees
Since nothing is physically shipped, there are no shipping costs, shipping addresses, or delivery estimates required at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If you don't receive your download link within a few minutes of purchase:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct
- Contact us at [your support email] with your order number and we'll resend your files right away
International Customers
Because delivery is digital, there are no customs fees, import duties, or cross-border shipping delays — your files are available to download from anywhere in the world immediately after purchase.
